Chris is on Infinite Earths, Episode 6: DC Universe Rebirth #1 (2016)

This week Chris (@acecomics) is joined by guest Patrick Kotenberg (@dcufanfam) to discuss the world-changing DC Universe Rebirth #1 from 2016.  After Chris does his usual blibbuh blabbuh (emphasis on the "blabbuh" this time around) and walks through the issue, Patrick shares how he, as a new-to-DC fan received Rebirth, and how it kept him coming back to the comic shop week after week.  It's a good time as usual, doncha dare miss it!

Chris is on Infinite Earths, Episode 3: Bloodlines #1 (2016)

Bloodlines #1... from 2016?  Well if that seems like rather a random book to discuss here... you're not entirely off the mark.  Without this book, however, it's quite likely that this very podcasting "channel" would never have come to be!  You might consider this issue to be the gentle flapping of a butterflies wings, which ultimately led to over a hundred episodes (and counting) of the Cosmic Treadmill.

Join Chris (@acecomics) as he shares the genesis of his comics-podcasting "career", with many thanks to his friends over at Weird Science DC Comics.

Young Animal "Gatherum", Episode 2

Greetings Dangerous Humans!

Welcome to the second installment of our deep-dive into DC's Young Animal imprint... and we're already missing Doom Patrol!  This will become a trend... and will only get worse as we go along.

Young Animal "Gatherum", Episode 1

Greetings, Dangerous Humans!  As we are currently in what might just be the final month of DC's Young Animal imprint, your Young and Animalistic hosts, Chris (@acecomics) and Reggie (@reggiereggie) thought it might be fun to share with you their initial thoughts on the launch!  In this extra-sized (or, over-sized) episode they look at all four "number one" issues.  Since the Young Animal launch was staggered from September-November, 2016... there are also a couple of "non-number one" reviews in there as well.
